Motorsport - MS Series GAXSW MS - Rod end with an external thread made of heat-treatable steel, galvanized, with a PTFE insert (maintenance-free).

For use under high dynamic tensile/compressive loads. Dimensional series K - maintenance-free. 

Friction pair - chrome steel/PTFE

 

 

Housing: heat-treatable steel [DE / FR / IT 42CrMo4 SE 2244, GB 708M40, Aisi 4140], nickel-plated and polished

Bearing liner: stainless steel 1.4571 [DE X6CrNiMoTi17-12-2, FR Z6CNDT17-12, IT X6CrNiMoTi1712, SE 2350, GB 320S18, US Aisi 316Ti] with a bonded PTFE layer, maintenance-free

Inner ring: bearing steel [DE FR IT 100Cr6, SE 2258, GB 2S135, US Aisi 52100], hardened and coated with a hard chrome layer, reduced bearing clearance.
